Sometimes people interpret “SelfCare” as “Selfish” but actually it’s quite the opposite. If you have someone who depends on you then your health and wellbeing is crucial, if you become unable to manage you become unable to care too.
Think of SelfCare as the ripples made by a pebble thrown into a pond. If you’re wellbeing is taken care of by practicing SelfCare then this ripples outwards to all those people who surround you, so they get all the benefits too! It’s a win win all round.
